Description
Aspen Ridge features 3 beautiful cabins in the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota. Cabin on The Ridge, Aspen Ridge Red and Aspen Ridge Green. Please see the product descriptions for the individual descriptions and amenities. There is 1.7 miles of gravel to reach properties.
Plenty of site-seeing will surround you while staying at Aspen Ridge. Many National Monuments including: Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower and Spearfish Canyon are just a short hour drive away! Rapid City within 1 hour of the property features, shopping, dining, theaters and amusement attractions for all ages!
Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay. Cleaning fee is collected at time of booking.
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required in the amount of $39 (nonrefundable) at time of booking.
Directions and key information will be emailed to the tenant prior to the check in date. Any questions please call the Property Manager at 605-321-6235. The Property manager will request a credit card number prior to check in, to cover incidentals and any damage not covered by accidental damage insurance. An extra cleaning fee will be charged to the card for misuse of the hot tub which required a draining and refill.

Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be in writing. Reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit entire amount and will be charged a $25 plus 5% handling fee. Travel insurance is recommended.
Deposit
Reservations that are made 60 days prior to the arrival date will follow the below payment schedule: At the time of booking, half of the total reservation amount will be collected via credit card. The balance will automatically be taken 60 days prior to arrival.
Reservations that are made within 60 day of the arrival date are automatically collected in full.

Check In
4:00 PM. Directions and key information will be emailed to the tenant prior to the check in date. Check in is at 4pm. Tenants may have the option of checking in early for a $50 fee and must be approved by the owner in advance but no earlier than 12pm. Please inquire about this option.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required in the amount of $39 (nonrefundable) at time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st. YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FROM BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE FINALIZED.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due.
