Cancellation
Cancellations made before 3 PM MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 PM MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 PM MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 PM MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival.

4 - 6 pm MT. For check ins after 6 pm, please contact the property to make arrangements, 605-574-4462.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FROM BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE FINALIZED.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
