Cancellation
Cancellation received by 3PM MST 7 days or more prior to your arrival date will be charged $25.00 plus the 5% handling fee. Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date will be nonrefundable. Cancellations for a reservation during Sturgis Motorcycle Rally must be done before May 1, 2012. Reservations during Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Aug 3-10, 2012, full payment at time of booking and non-refundable.
Deposit
Full payment has been taken for this activity. Must have a $2,000 Credit Card Authorization required upon arrival (NO CASH ALLOWED). Please present this confirmation as proof of purchase. Pickup motorcycle rental, located on 2820 Harley Drive, Rapid City. Renters must be 21 years or older, have a valid motorcycle license. (No paper, permits, or temporary copies of any kind accepted.)
