The Terry Peak Chalets are sure to accommodate you and all of your needs with room for 14-56 people. These beautiful, high-end ski in/ski out units are a true value for skiers, families, business retreats, reunions, weddings, and groups that travel together. Don't forget your sleds as you have your very own private sledding slope!
A $125 Cleaning Fee is collected at the time of booking.
In the summer, there are endless activities for the whole family to enjoy including; four wheeling, walking, hiking, site seeing, and mountain biking amongst the wildflowers and creatures that call this area home.
Terry Peak Chalets offer a unique slope side experience for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. They all come equipped with an outdoor hot tub, deck, and barbeque grill.
Terry Peak Chalets are located near Stewart Lodge.
Terry Peak Chalets are also located near Historic Deadwood Gaming Casinos. Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park, Jewel Cave National Monument, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and Spearfish Canyon National Scenic Byway.
No pets are allowed in or on the Property (including garage). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund Renter will be responsible for all cleaning costs and any losses incurred by Black Diamond Properties due to this violation.

General

Cancellation
Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival will receive a full refund less 25% of the total paid. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will receive a full refund less 50% of amount paid plus 5% service fee.
Deposit
1 Nights deposit at time of booking and final payment will be taken 60 days prior to arrival.
A $125 Cleaning Fee is collected at the time of booking.
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required in the amount of $39 (nonrefundable) at time of booking.
Check In
Checkin 4:00PM MT. Text or Call 48 hours prior to arrival to get the keyless entry code from Rob at 605-359-5364.

Check Out
10:AM MT. Upon departure, Renter agrees to: remove garbage to garbage receptacles outside.
Pets
No pets are allowed in or on the Property (including garage). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund Renter will be responsible for all cleaning costs and any losses incurred by Black Diamond Properties due to this violation.
Other
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy of the Property is 14 persons. If the occupancy exceeds the base occupancy of the Property, an additional rate of $25 per person after 14 people, per night will be charged to your credit card or taken out of the security deposit.
RENTER DUTIES: Renter agrees to: (i) leave the Property in the same condition as it was at check in, (ii) be financially responsible for unwarranted or unneeded service calls and service calls caused by Renter's misuse of the Property, (iii) report any and all problems to Black Diamond Properties immediately, (iv) not enter Property Owner's private storage spaces, and (v) abide by occupancy limits of the Property at all times.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the Property (including garage). When in violation of the smoking policy, Renter agrees to pay all costs associated with cleaning to remove smoke odors and any losses incurred by Black Diamond Properties. Any smoking is to be done outside and if Renter(s) or any of Renter(s)' guests or visitors have smoked, please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly. An additional Twenty Five Dollar ($25.00) clean-up fee will be charged if cigarette /cigar butts are found lying on sidewalks, lawn, and surrounding landscaping.
HOT TUB USE: Hot tubs: There will be no refunds for inoperable hot tubs. Black Diamond Properties is not responsible for any negligence or accidents in the use of the hot tub. Renter and guests assume all responsibilities for self and guests in the care around the hot tub.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st.YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FROM BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE FINALIZED.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due.
