Pet Policy: $10 per pet per night nonrefundable pet fee, due upon arrival. Pet may not be left alone in the house at any time.

CANCELLATION: IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED 14 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 CANCELLATION FEE AND 5% SERVICE FEE. IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED INSIDE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO REFUND IS DUE.
IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU BOOKED FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WITHOUT DISCOUNTS.
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required in the amount of $39 (nonrefundable) at time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival. IF YOU SHOW UP WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU BOOKED FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL ADDITIONAL PEOPLE.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY: Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required in the amount of $39 (nonrefundable) at time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st.
