Reservations cancelled by 3 pm (MT) 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date, will be charged $25.00 plus the 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable Holiday Reservations (December 20 ? January 2, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and other special events) - $25.00 plus the 5% service fee if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is automatically taken 14 days prior to arrival.
