Description
The Town Hall Inn, Lead, SD is located right next door to Historic Deadwood! We are ten minutes from Spearfish Canyon National Scenic Highway and 15 minutes from Legendary Sturgis. The Historic Town Hall Inn was constructed in 1912 and was Lead's town hall until 1938. This ornate building originally housed the mayor's and treasurer's offices, the court room, jail, and judge's chambers. The gallows were located outside, directly behind the building which may explain the occasional ghost sightings. If you're looking for historic, comfortable, and charming Black Hills lodging, you found it!
The Homestake Mining Company housed their general offices here for nearly 50 years. Today, the Historic Town Hall Inn is a beautifully remolded historic inn located on Main Street in Lead. Room amenities include mini fridge, microwaves, coffee makers and upgraded bedding. Our property includes:

Cancellations made before 3 PM MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 PM MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 PM MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 PM MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card 14 days before arrival.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after May 1st, no refund is due.
