The resort is located on the George S. Mickelson trail with year-round access to hiking, snowmobiling and biking. Also near Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park, Jewel Cave National Monument, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and Spearfish Canyon National Scenic Byway.

Cancellation
Cancellations made before 3 PM MT, 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 PM MT, within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday and special event reservations require a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled before 3 PM MT 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged $25 plus a 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled after 3 PM MT within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable.
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. HOTEL REQUIRES A MAJOR CREDIT CARD OR A ONE TIME $100 CASH DEPOSIT, UPON CHECK IN.

YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTRACT FROM BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE FINALIZED.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
