Our NEW camping cabins are perfect for those looking to ""rough it"" while not giving up a comfortable bed. Board the City Trolley right at our lodge's front door and travel to and from Historic Main Street without having to worry about parking. Our heated swimming pool, shower house and laundry service are also added bonuses to your Black Hills Vacation. "

Cancellation
RV & Tent Sites Cancellations made before 1pm MST and 72 hours prior to the date of arrival on regular season reservations will be refunded any deposits made less a $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 1pm MST and within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Camper Cabin Cancellations made before 1pm MST and 14 days prior to the date of arrival on regular season reservations will be refunded any deposits made less a $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 1pm MST and within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Sturgis Bike Rally, Kool Deadwood Nights and Deadwood Jam events have special cancellation policies. Please see "Other" for additional information regarding these events.
Deposit
Equivalent of one nights rental is collected at the time of booking on regular season reservations. Final payment is collected 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
Check in time is 1pm. Early arrivals will be accomodated if space available allows. If arriving after 6pm for a Camping Cabin please call the desk (1-605-578-2092) to make special check in arrangements. Check Ins for our condo during off season dates (October thru April) will require that you email us at camp@whistlergulch.com with an approximate time of arrival and appropriate instructions will be given.
Check Out
Check out time is 11am. Late check out may be allowed upon request. Late check outs that have not been requested may result in a fee.
Pets
$10.00 nonrefundable pet fee.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: Full, non refundable payment is due at the time of booking. KOOL DEADWOOD NIGHTS DEPOSIT: Full payment is due at the time of booking and non refundable.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATIONS: Reservations are non-refundable at any time. KOOL DEADWOOD NIGHTS CANCELLATIONS: All payments made will be non-refundable at anytime.
DEADWOOD JAM WEEKEND cancellations must be done on or before September 1 of that year. Reservation cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
